Can You Help?

I am currently seeking help to move the Business Advocates Partnership forward. I’m looking for individuals who can provide any of the following:-

Web Systems Developers - Ideally this will be someone who would be interested in developing a new web site along with all the functionality in exchange for a large chunk of equity.  Because of the way that I work, that person or business needs to be located in the South of England.

Investors - I have a need for a limited amount of cash, to move this project forward to the level where it will work and earn a residual income for the business.  If I have an equity based developer this sum will be quite small, but if not then the sum will increase to cover the cost of early development. I have no real idea of the finances needed as this has not yet been done, so I’d love to talk to some one who could help in some way.
